Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to Letters from Scripture. By completing a purchase or subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber" or "you") and Letters from Scripture ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our subscription service and website. By subscribing, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Letters from Scripture is a creative subscription service in which subscribers receive a monthly physical letter delivered by postal mail. Each letter is a work of original creative fiction written in the voice of a biblical character. These letters are:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.

Due to the physical and perishable nature of our product, all sales are generally final. However, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.
Letters are mailed via standard postal service to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdirected mail caused by postal carriers or incorrect address information provided by the subscriber. It is your responsibility to keep your mailing address current. Address changes must be submitted at least 10 business days before the next mailing date.
All content produced and mailed by Letters from Scripture — including letter text, character portrayals, artwork, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Letters from Scripture and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not:
Personal, non-commercial sharing (e.g., showing a letter to a friend or family member) is permitted and encouraged.
All letters are works of fiction. While inspired by biblical narratives, the characters, dialogue, and perspectives expressed in the letters are the creative invention of our writers and do not represent theological fact, religious truth, or the official position of any faith tradition. We respect all religious beliefs and intend no disrespect to any faith, denomination, or individual. If you have concerns about the content of a specific letter, please contact us.
We collect your name, mailing address, email address, and payment information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your subscription. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments and deliver mail. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letters from Scripture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your subscription or use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued subscription after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
